Abstract
This paper describes the current results of laboratory test of centrifugal hydrogen generator is a continuation of previous publications on the subject. Authors proposed a new approach to creating a hydrogen generator based on the process of decomposition of water in an artificial centrifugal field based on the Tolman-Stewart effect [1]. In this paper, the authors attempt to systematic analysis of the processes in the hydrogen generator based on fractal theory and the results of a series of experimental studies conducted by other researchers. The results obtained allow conclude about the prospects of the proposed centrifugal hydrogen generator.
