Abstract
The presented work is dedicated to the development of the control approaches with the aim to reduce the torque ripple of the switched reluctance motor (SRM) used as a prime mover in the full electric vehicle (FEV). In the previous paper the static and transient models created with the use of finite element method (FEM) software and Matlab/Simulink respectively together with optimization of the control are presented. This paper is primarily focused on the experimental verifications of the mathematical models and control methods together with their implementation on the prototype electric vehicle.
