  • Abstract
    The study discusses an intelligent data transformation methodology to maintain the assets information data exchange between authorities. The research utilizes new methodology to resolve the non-homogenous parameters by developing a new mathematical model based on the conventional Least Square Adjustment (LSA) in which replacing the value of rotation to a shift in XY directions.
