  • Abstract
A 1V 65nm 4.3μW differential difference amplifier based instrumentation amplifier for biomedical applications has been presented. To eliminate the DC baseline drift of the biomedical signals, novel and efficient fine-coarse DC offset cancellation servo loops have been proposed. Measured results show that the proposed instrumentation amplifier achieves 0.8μVrms input referred noise from 0.5Hz to 200Hz with inband gain of 65.5V/V and noise efficiency factor of 5.7 for electrocardiograph signal monitoring.
