Abstract
In this paper, we propose a method of smart grid energy management. A smart grid is an energy system formed by the interconnection of small, modular generation units (microturbines, fuel cells, photovoltaic equipment, etc.), together with storage devices (flywheels, energy capacitors and batteries) and controllable loads over low voltage distribution systems. The target of this study is to develop an agent-based approach to smart grid energy management. In order to verify the performance of the proposed system, it applied to a simple model system with different conditions. From the simulation results, it can be seen the proposed multi-agent system could perform the smart grid management efficiently.
