Abstract :
I am delighted to welcome you to the 14th edition of the International Conference on ULtimate Integration on Silicon (ULIS) being held at the University of Warwick, from March 19–21th, 2013. ULIS has been bringing together the European research community working on advanced silicon devices and nanodevices each year since 2000. The aim of the meeting is to provide an open forum in which to present and discuss recent research in technology, physics, modelling, simulation and characterisation of advanced nanoscale silicon and silicon compatible devices.
