Abstract :
Selecting the desired Web Service to a client requirement is an onerous task as many Web Services are able to satisfy functional request of user, but non-functional attribute also matter a lot. Recommending the pertinent Web Service and avoiding unwarranted service are the two main issues to be addressed in Web Service selection process. The limitation of present keyword based searching is that it doesn´t articulate the client request accurately. UDDI and search engines are based on keyword search, which is insufficient for providing the relevant service. So the search mechanism must be incorporated with the QoS based selection process. In this paper, QoS Consultant acts as a Mediator Agentbetween client and service provider. Whenever a search is performed for query, the mediator agent selects a list of candidate services that are matched with the given request, will be provided to the client for setting required QoS attributes. The highest RankQOSWeb Service will be provided to the client request. The model helps to search accurate Web Service as per user´s requirement.
