  • Abstract
The interconnections between the stations vary rapidly, due to the frequent movements of nodes in the MANET Network, resulting in frequent variation of network topology and consequently, introduce route failures in such networks. Accordingly, the issue of mobility-induced route failures needs to prevail over significantly in MANETs to provide effective internet access to mobile users without any disruption of services in conjunction with optimum QoS. This paper evaluates the role of node-mobility sway in AODV route information based IEEE 802.11g MANET incorporating OFDM radio network interfaces along with DCF-MAC protocol by means of OPNET ModelerTM.
