Abstract :
Oscillatory processes are present during anti-lock braking systems (ABS) activity, the driver can clearly feel this effects during ABS operation, it´s interesting to analyze the oscillatory behavior of the system, in order to increase the performance and comfort. In this paper we discuss the possibility of periodic changes in the angular velocity of the wheel´s rotation, associated to the existence of specific regimes of ABS activity in the vicinity of maximum value for the contact force characteristic.
