  • Abstract
To develop a machine translation system it´s necessary to discover variation of pattern among two different languages. Regarding this number of machine translation developers have focus on the fact that it is complicated to made general strategies which are universal for any two language. This paper aims to show knowledge representation of machine translation procedure of Sanskrit to English language by using the rule based approach. For this we used a parsing technique to generate Lexemes. Then they will use in process of translation as input. We have generated some mapping rules and a dictionary based patterns to find out desired output for generating final results. Sanskrit having a rich grammar, so grammar rules are playing key role.
