Abstract
There are many factors that could affect the performance of mobile platform, including hardware and software ones. In order to measure each factor´s influencing ability, we propose the conception of performance-efficiency quotiety (PEQ) and work out 6 primary factors´ performance-efficiency quotieties. Based on the PEQs, eigen value analysis is adopted to calculate each factor´s weight. In the end, some advice is given on how to improve a mobile platform´s performance based on the weight of each factor.
