Abstract
Based upon the forward simulation principle of ground penetrating radar and the finite difference time domain(FDTD) method, The absorbing boundary condition plays an important role in Finite - Difference Time-Domain(FDTD) method to solve the problem of electromagnetic scattering, the perfect matched layer (PML) absorbing boundary condition(ABC), Mur absorbing boundary condition (ABC) and Uniaxial anisotropic Perfectly Matched Layer(UPML) are analyzed theoretically in detail and simulated. The experiment demonstrates that the PML and UPML have better absorbing performance.
