Abstract :
Based on the engineering software Pro/E to elaborate the application in the process of engineering analysis and manufacture, Taking rice transplanter working in a state of vibrating situation as an example to construct the three dimensional model of Post Inserted Crank-and-Rocker Mechanism to simulate and analyse dynamically. Under the condition of transplanting rate 200 times/min, driving shaft rotational speed 200r/min, moving time 1.5s, getting diagrams of movement velocity and acceleration of seedling needle, which makes the analysis of mechanism motion become visualized, explicit and simplified to provide a method for the design of the products, beneficial to select parameters of products, and shortens development cycle and raises working efficiency.
