Abstract
To solve the problem of low storage efficiency and database block caused by large object data in the process of enterprise information, the integration application of File Transfer Protocol (FTP) combining with Oracle database is employed to deal with the problem. In the network environment of enterprise practical producing, the tests of the four methods, including BLOB method, BFILE method, SecureFiles method and FTP combining with database method, are carried out to validate their efficiency. The results show that FTP combining with database method has more advantages than other methods in storing and reading efficiency. Aiming at 30MB-60MB large object files, FTP combining with database method has been chosen for practical integrated application and has solved the problem. Meanwhile, the test provides decision-making basis for other larger object storage methods.
