Abstract :
Panorama image can provide 360 degrees view in one hotspot, which could solve the traditional three-dimensional expression of inadequate authenticity, difficult data acquisition as well as laborious and time-consuming modeling. However, there is usually only one single resolution of panoramic images in websides, if it amplified by the certain extent, it shows vagueness, having poor texture detail. So, we propose a kind of multi-resolution panoramic geometric modeling based on spherical projective geometry in this paper with many advantages: realtime dynamic geometric data representation divided by quadtree subdivision; panoramic images of multi-resolution organization with the visualization needs of being transferred, having the deformation as small as possible in the process of that being mapped to the sphere, moreover, the current image has the highest clarity. And something useful is obtained.
