Abstract
In this paper, the authors will provide an introduction to the concept of “better thinking about thinking,” also known as “In Thinking” and explain how it can be applied to university-industry collaborations. This will include the development of an “In Thinking education model”, which schools can implement while continuously collaborating with industry in order to achieve better results for all the stakeholders involved, than when working on an intermittent “on-off” basis.
