  • Abstract
    The Higgs´ boson rush has generated a huge activity in the LHC experiments and, implicitly, in LCG, which is the basic tool for accelerating discovery in physics. When experiments use all the grid resources they get, efficiency becomes more important than ever. This article analyses the role the Romanian Tier-2 Federation plays within the WLCG collaboration and the technical solutions implemented for increasing the quality of the grid services it provides. Aspects specific to the support of multiple virtual organizations are shortly reviewed.
