  • Abstract
In various Internet of Things (IoT) application scenarios, such as environment monitoring, smart city, etc., most of them are restricted in distribution because of the resource constrained issue over most typical IoT devices. The limitation of devices hardware performance further involves the issue of weak transferring and processing of huge data. A multiple gateway system is proposed for wireless sensor network (WSN) management in BEMS. And this paper provides an efficient data transmission method for sensor data collection via the multiple gateway system. This method involves a control device into the multiple gateway system, and this control device can provide an efficient route for every gateway in the system via network information collection and maintenance, policy judgment, route optimization and control. Using this method over related multiple gateway system, the network power consumption and data delay can be decreased, thereby promoting the system working efficiency.
