The third issue of IEEE Cloud Computing focuses on secure cloud computing techniques for big data. Columns address a range of topics, from how APIs, protocols, programming languages, and tools relate to cloud standardization, to the use of hybrid and federated clouds for application security, to the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP).
