Abstract :
This paper presents the design of a minimal order unknown input observer (UIO) for linear time invariant (LTI) continuous-time singular systems. The approach is based on the knowledge of generalized matrix inverse. An application of this observer for estimation of unknown inputs is described. Numerical examples are given to illustrate the proposed scheme.
