Abstract :
This paper describes a methodology in color prediction of the multiple LED packages by chromatic ray-tracing simulation. The color predicted from simulation has been compared with the measurement in terms of color matching. With the 3 sdcm as the color matching tolerance, all the cases investigated in this paper has passed the criteria. The study develops a simple and user-friendly model for the color prediction for color match design of LED packages in luminaires design.
