  • Abstract
A Forward Scatter Radar topology based on two-ray path propagation configuration is discussed. Based on this configuration, a study on the influence of different target´s crossing baseline lengths to the target´s spectra in Forward Scatter Radar (FSR) is conducted. By using simulated and measured signals, it was observed that, the stability and similarity of target´s power spectra depends on the baseline length. The employment of baseline normalization procedure is shown to improve significantly the differences in the spectra.
