Abstract
Scientific software is developed to carry out the consequence analysis for an accidental release of toxic material that can result in dispersion or BLEVE and the possible Cascade effects in a Chemical Process Industry. The Knowledge base and the learning modules from the above analysis help to create learning modules to train the workers on the accident scenario and preventive mechanism that needs to be engineered for immediate safety measures. This study enables proactive measures for the workers at the plant.
