  • Abstract
In order to maintain quality of service is main challenging issue in concept of handover and to have benefits of nonstop services at all places and at all times new technologies must be developed and explored. Service continuance is necessary whenever a mobile node changes its location or position from one network to another. Some parameters are dominating in deciding the handover. In this paper two parameters speed and packet size are considered to get response in terms of QoS (quality of service). This paper aims at generating a homogeneous network with UMTS-UMTS QoS Parameters such as throughput, quality of service and delay are observed and examined for proposed approach with the help of NS-2 simulator.
