Abstract :
In this paper, a wearable and wireless u-Healthcare ECG measurement system is presented. Pan-Tompkins algorithm is revised and the algorithm´s calculation complexity is identified. A revised and simplified R-peak detection is proposed for minimal calculation complexity. An average R-peak detection accuracy of 99.36% is achieved. Finally, abnormal heart-beat check map, AHCM is proposed for first sign arrhythmia analysis. First sign arrhythmia is important because it can screen abnormalities in ECG at early stage. Arrhythmia analysis using AHCM is presented.
