Abstract
With the developing of satellite constellation networks, new applications are designed while some new problems are aroused. For example, in the traditional SRS (Satellite Range Scheduling) model there is no use of inter-satellite links, while in constellation networks how to schedule the inter-satellite links is an important issue. In this paper, we consider the problem of scheduling periodical communication tasks over inter-satellite links. We first show that the problem is NP-complete. And then kinds of fixed priority scheduling policies are investigated by theoretical analysis. At last, simulation results are showed for evaluating these scheduling policies.
