  • Abstract
    In this study a novel inductance simulator circuit is presented. The circuit employs minimum number of elements such, e.g. single differential current conveyor (DCCII), one capacitor and two resistors. The internal structure of the active elements has been implementation using the MIETEC 0.5 μm CMOS technology parameters. First the performance of the inductor simulator are evaluated and subsequently used in the design of 5th order frequency filter. Simulations are performed and discussed to verify theoretical results.
