Abstract :
In this paper, an UHF (Ultra High Frequency) power amplifier which can be used for small satellites and has 435.2MHz center frequency, 8MHz band width is designed. The main purpose of a power amplifier is increasing the power in the input signal and transmits it to the output. Power gain is aimed between 15dB and 20dB in this project. In addition, it is intended that power amplifier should be linear and stable in the operating band. Moreover, biasing circuit is designed class A because of getting minimum distortion.
