  • Abstract
    On behalf of the Management Committee of the International Reliability Physics Symposium (IRPS) and the IRPS Board of Directors, it is my pleasure to welcome you to the conference. The management committee, the technical program committee, consultants and board have come together to provide an exciting conference. The 2013 technical program consists of 92 contributed talks and 76 poster presentations, selected from 244 submissions. In addition, we will have 22 invited papers from noted experts in a given technical area of reliability.
