Abstract :
By use of optimized design 850-nm VCSELs under OOK modulation and FFE/DFE equalization, high bit-rate distance product (35-Gbps 500-m and 25-Gbps 1000-m) through OM4 MMF transmissions with ultra-low power consumption are successfully achieved.
