Abstract
This paper reviews impact of Pulse Repetition Frequency (PRF) and carrier frequency selection sequence on the pulsed Doppler low PRF (land based) radar system overall blind speed. Paper includes analysis of system parameters impact on overall blind speed upper bound caused by PRI staggering ratio, operation frequency bandwidth and Moving Target Detection filter bank. Paper includes design rules maximizing overall blind speed with respect to other system design constrains and procedure of transmitted signal bursts parameter selection achieving overall blind speed upper bound.
