Abstract :
A method for removing the autocorrelation terms in off-axis Gabor holography is presented based on the subtraction of two interference patterns, obtained by 180° phase-shifted reference. By using this procedure, a lower off-axis reference angle or a less stringent sampling can be directly achieved.
