Abstract :
This paper presents the design, fabrication and measurement of a sub-harmonic receiver for imaging applications. The measured results show noise temperature values below 1000°K with low LO power levels; i.e., 2.5mW. Furthermore, the design of a full receiver system composed by 8 sub-harmonic mixers is also envisaged.
