Abstract
This paper presents an aerosol-printed horn-shaped antenna on LTCC designed to operate in the 60 GHz frequency range. This design shows the potential of aerosol printing to manufacture LTCC integrated horn antennas at millimeter-waves frequencies. The antenna not only shows good matching and radiation properties, but is also ideally suited for highly integrated RF-buildups. The aim of this paper is to demonstrate the advantages of aerosol printing for the realization of horn-shaped cavities in LTCC.
