Abstract
This paper presents the results both of simulation and measurement data for a RFID access system, in which, instead of using a normal directional antenna, a leakage coaxial cable is used at the reader end. For the purpose of radio channel analysis, along nine routes in the air where the RFID tags are to be placed in a corridor inside a building, data are acquired. As a result, a Log-normal model is confirmed that it is fit to such a radio channel.
