Abstract :
This paper presents the modeling and simulation of the fault studies in offshore wind farm (OWF) connected to the onshore grid. The doubly fed induction generator model is explored for the present wind turbine generator system. The simulation of overall integration model is carried out in matlab platform. Subsequently different type of fault is created in the transmission line and voltage waveform is retrieved at point of common coupling(PCC).
