  • Abstract
    The output of bone-conduction aid is the vibration signal. Its performances affect the physical and mental health of the hearing impaired directly. The existing problems of bone-conduction hearing aid inspection system are analyzed and a novel one that can realize automatic inspection is presented in this paper. The system is designed in accordance with the international standards. Meanwhile, it can inspect many parameters of bone-conduction hearing aid such as maximum output force level, frequency response curves, full-on acoustic gain, total harmonic distortion and equivalent input noise level automatically. Through the amplitude scanning method based on SSR(Steady State Response) technology, the system can improve the inspection efficiency greatly and shorten inspection time. Due to inspection data being processed and outputted to inspection report automatically, the system reduces the requirements on the expertise of the inspectors and has the feature of easy-operation. The experiments show that the system can be competent for routine inspection work for bone-conduction hearing aid.
