Abstract :
This slides presentations discussed the following: first assessment of compression gain for aeronautical operational communication for an IPv4 only implementation; study of the optimization of two main ROHC parameters to fulfill a predefined QoS; no impact of flight duration on the compression efficiency; deeper studies on the influence of other ROHC parameters; dynamic ROHC configuration based on the datalink used.
