    TBFM - Time Based Flow Management; Tool used by the Traffic Management Coordinator(s) in the Enroute facility Traffic Management Unit (TMU); TBFM is adapted to schedule aircraft using Time-based metering (TBM); dynamically manage demand/capacity imbalances via time, versus traditional static Miles-in-Trail (MIT) traffic management techniques; TBFM uses real time flight/track data along with Wx.
