Abstract :
Promote collaborative decisions between ATC and airline participants that enable efficient surface operations; Create a suite of prototype scheduling tools (strategic and tactical, for ATCT controllers and ramp operators), evaluate them in high-fidelity simulations, and pursue technology transfer with FAA and industry.
