  • Abstract
    This paper describes the factors influencing Shanghai´s logistics demand, emphasizes on the need in Shanghai´s water-way and land-way traffic, uses the software “Matlab R2010a” to apply Time Series BP(Back Propagation) Neural Network and Causal Analysis BP Neural Network in forecasting Shanghai´s logistics demand and evaluate its predictive validation. The objective is to provide knowledge and experience for the future research in logistics industry through theoretical and quantitative analysis.
