Abstract :
In this contemporary world, many new digital technologies are introduced every day. Every field in this world is influenced by these technologies which changes the traditional way of functioning. Education field is also forced to undergo the modernization and digitization. Even though e-Iearning is very familiar to almost every student in this informatics world, there are many drawbacks in implementing the JIT, anywhere and anytime concepts. M-Iearning is a component of E-Learning but it overcomes most of the drawbacks of E-Learning and brings the learning process in the students´ pockets. In a survey carried out with Higher College of Technology, 98 percentages of the students are having highly sophisticated Mobile phones or Smart phones. All the students are using mobile phones for SMS, MMS, and verbal communications and also for entertainment purposes. By using these contemporary equipments for teaching and learning in higher education, we can avoid the negative impacts on the society. Apart from these devices we need to keep the other resources like software and hardware equipments to be available for the students at lower cost. Cloud computing is one of the successful technologies which minimize the cost of the resources required by any organization and also helps to hire the technology which is required by the company. In this paper we discuss about e-Iearning, m-Iearning usage and implementation issues in M-cloud, and also discuss how far this concept can be used to make the ICT more efficient and effective in term of making the students learning experience as a fun and without huge knowledge loss during the teaching and learning process. This paper is prepared as a proposal of implementing a new technology for the Higher College of Technology (HCT) students. Since the majority of the students are depending upon the digital and electronic devices for their studies, this m-Iearning technology may be more helpful to have a learning experience anywhere anytime- in Just In Time (JIT). This paper also explains the limitations in the implementation of cloud computing for mobile devices.
