Abstract :
Many categories of individual work transactions and activities in an enterprise are directly or indirectly performed through computer-based systems and thus become available for analysis. One possible way to utilize such analysis is to make it available to the persons whose activity is being analyzed. We shall describe the impact of such personal analytics on the patterns of communication and collaboration between individuals, and also present evidence of measurable changes in the presence of personal analytical capabilities.
