Title :
Ultrawideband speech sensing: Flat-face circular waveguide model

Abstract :
A flat-face circular waveguide model for the human head is presented for ultrawideband (UWB) speech sensing application. The flat-face model is compared with a detailed human head model and monostatic measurements, indicating that vocal tract dynamics can be sensed and that simple waveguide models are likely to be sufficient.
