  • Abstract
    ZnO films with high conductivity are obtained by atomic layer deposition for the application in solar cells based on CdS/CdTe/Cu2S films. The parameters of solar cells with ZnO electrode are compared with the ones with Mo. The advantages of ZnO electrode are discussed.
