Abstract :
The problem of moist fine rales (MFR) and crackles differentiation is considered. New method MFR and crackles separation, based on polyspectral analysis, is proposed. In this method bispectrum is calculated at first and bifrequency corresponding to the maximal spectral amplitude is detected. The specific frequency bands for MFR and crackles are identified. If the frequency is in the uncertainty zone, then parametric bispectrum is calculated. This method allows us to separate MFR from crackles for more accurate diagnosis.
