Abstract
The main objective of this paper is to identify the determinants of performance of companies certified ISO 9001/2000 and integrating ERP and SCM. Can do this, we try as a first step explains the critical success factors of the alignment between the formalized process according to ISO 9001/2000 and the ERP and SCM software and its modules . Then, we study the impact of the integration of these three projects on organizational and financial performance. Finally, the proposed conceptual model was tested on 31 industrial companies in Tunisia. The results show that performance improvement depends on the change management.
