Abstract :
In this paper centred on "Computer Organization and Architecture" courses teaching, compared teaching content, teaching methodology, marking scheme in the United States with those in China, aimed to learn advanced teaching system, teaching methodology, learn from each other by contrasted the differences between Chinese and American Courses Teaching, so as to improve the teaching quality and training high-quality talents.
