Abstract :
This research paper discusses the controlled design process of using a new ICT approach to theorize a language learning model in the context of language learning. It starts with the introduction of ICT. Then the related ICT affordances are explored. After it, the controlled design process of using a new ICT approach is stated which may be suitable to language learning. Finally, the factors which lead to the outcomes described in the project are abstracted. This framework has been carried for 2 years, following a bottom-up approach to control and product design. The case exemplifies the control process of generating an ICT model in a real language learning context in depth.
