Abstract :
The public service platform of life-long education is a very important link for constructing the life-long education system, and it is also the necessary technical support for undertaking life-long education. With the theories of life-long education and life-long learning as the guidance, the paper makes designs and illustrations in aspects of technical construction, models of software systems, business logic and platform characteristics and outlines a public service platform of life-long education based on cloud computing and ubiquitous computing. This platform can utilizes many kinds of channels, such as the Internet and mobile network, and effectively integrates the two learning technique frameworks known as E-Iearning and M-learning, respectively, thereby building a platform for the environment and management of u-Iearning integrating an ecological multi-system for undertaking life-long education.Service.
